  • Free consultation to gain understanding of design/build needs

  • Explain process and go through introductory package

  • Past projects and design resources are provided for examples and inspiration

  • We visit your home to understand the possibilities and limitations of design 

  • Gain better understanding of spatial needs and design preferences

  • Begin collaborative brainstorming

  • Measurements and before photos are taken 

  • Begin discussing available funds

  • Occasionally the trades crew will join visit to discuss possibilities

  • Discuss budget

  • Go through renovation process step-by-step 

  • Explore example projects and inspiration photos together

  • Sign Design/Build agreement which outlines the agreement to work together  

  • Review existing layout versus proposed layout

  • Create inspiration boards for each area

  • Sample boards and 3D renderings begin

  • Detailed room-by-room scope of work is outlined

  • Trades crew visits site to turn estimates into quotes

  • Project timeline and strategy is agreed upon

  • Final design is decided 

  • Sign contract which includes contingencies and possible changes to work orders 

  • Budget is agreed upon

  • Project management to ensure quality control and budget control at every stage

  • Photos of renovation progress are taken 

  • Any updates to budget are clearly communicated

  • Confirmation of orders, deliveries and installation dates

  • Final quality control 

  • Completion payments are made

  • Furniture and decor placement 

  • Evaluate the need for extras and ensure possible deficiencies are corrected 

  • Final payments are made

  • Signing off on project takes place

  • Assessing the final outcome 

  • After photos are taken
